Corporate Responsibility
Technostore LLC, dba BIZON (“BIZON”), designs and assembles custom workstations, GPU servers and water-cooled systems at its facility in Hollywood, Florida, USA, from components sourced from established manufacturers and authorized distributors. This page sets out our policies on forced labor and human trafficking, responsible sourcing of minerals, and related supply-chain standards. It is provided for our customers’ supplier-qualification and procurement requirements and may be relied upon for that purpose.
1. Anti-Slavery, Human Trafficking and Child Labor Policy
BIZON has zero tolerance for slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labor, human trafficking and child labor in any part of its business or supply chain. We comply with the U.S. Tariff Act of 1930 (Section 307), the Trafficking Victims Protection Act, the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA), Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.222-50, the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015, the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act, and equivalent laws in the jurisdictions where we do business.
- Our operations. All BIZON employees work voluntarily under written employment agreements, are paid at or above applicable minimum wage, are free to leave their employment, and are of legal working age. We do not retain identity documents, charge recruitment fees, or use bonded or prison labor.
- Our supply chain. We purchase components from manufacturers and authorized distributors (including NVIDIA, AMD, Intel, ASUS, MSI, Supermicro, Gigabyte, PNY and their U.S. distributors) that publish their own supplier codes of conduct and responsible-sourcing programs aligned with the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct. We expect our suppliers to prohibit forced and child labor, to pass the same requirements down their supply chains, and to cooperate with due-diligence inquiries.
- Due diligence. We screen suppliers and customers against the U.S. Consolidated Screening List and the UFLPA Entity List, review supplier conflict-minerals and modern-slavery statements on request, and will investigate any credible report of forced labor in our supply chain and cease sourcing from a supplier that fails to remediate.
- Reporting. Employees, suppliers and customers may report concerns confidentially to support@bizon-tech.com with the subject “Compliance”. We do not retaliate against anyone who raises a good-faith concern.
2. Responsible Minerals (Conflict Minerals) Policy
BIZON supports the goal of ending the trade in minerals that finance armed conflict or human-rights abuses, including tin, tantalum, tungsten and gold (“3TG”) and cobalt and mica, originating from the Democratic Republic of the Congo and adjoining countries and other conflict-affected and high-risk areas (CAHRAs), consistent with Section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank Act, SEC Rule 13p-1, the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals, and Regulation (EU) 2017/821.
- BIZON does not mine, smelt, refine or directly purchase minerals. Any 3TG in our products is contained in components manufactured by our suppliers.
- We expect our suppliers to source 3TG only from smelters and refiners validated as conformant under the Responsible Minerals Initiative (RMI) Responsible Minerals Assurance Process (RMAP) or an equivalent program, to conduct OECD-aligned due diligence, and to provide a completed Conflict Minerals Reporting Template (CMRT) or Extended Minerals Reporting Template (EMRT) on request.
- BIZON is not an SEC registrant and does not file Form SD; on customer request we will provide a CMRT for BIZON products based on the declarations of our component suppliers.
3. Related Standards
- Trade compliance. BIZON complies with U.S. export-control and sanctions laws, sells and ships only within the United States, and screens all customers and end users; see our Export Controls and Sanctions Compliance Policy.
- Anti-corruption. BIZON prohibits bribery and improper payments in any form and complies with the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and the UK Bribery Act 2010. We do not offer or accept gifts or hospitality intended to influence a business decision.
- Environment. BIZON products are assembled from components that are RoHS and REACH compliant as declared by their manufacturers. We recycle packaging and electronic waste through licensed recyclers and will accept BIZON systems for responsible disposal at end of life; contact support for details.
