Bizon Orders PDF is a Zendesk sidebar app developed by BizonTech. This policy describes what data the app accesses and how it is used.

Data Accessed

The app accesses the following data during normal operation:

• Ticket requester email — used to look up the customer's orders in the Magento store.
• Ticket ID — used to attach PDF files to the correct ticket as a private comment.
• App configuration parameters (API secret, Zendesk email, Zendesk API token) — used to authenticate requests to Magento and Zendesk APIs.

Data Storage

The app does not store, log, or transmit any personal data to third-party services. All data remains within your Zendesk instance and the connected Magento store (bizon-tech.com).

Third-Party Services

The app communicates with:

• bizon-tech.com — to fetch order data and download PDF documents.
• Zendesk API — to upload PDF files and post ticket comments.
