- I just want to share my great experience from Ruben for my machine ZX5500.
I had problems with the ZX5500 regarding the black screen issue and some other things. Ruben provided me the support I needed over several Zoom meetings so that I could finally have my machine working. I am thankful to Ruben as he was even flexible in adjusting to the time difference caused by me being in Korea (+14 hr time difference).

- Hello, I just wanted to share how helpful both Ruben and Noah have been throughout our team's process of setting our machine up!
Ruben provided guidance on how to get all 6 GPU's up and running, as well as telling me what LLM servers and packages to try out. He also recommended using BizonOS, which he helped me initially setup.
Then, when I ran into issues, and accidentally replaced the Windows OS, Noah was able to help me through the process of re-installing both OS's as well as the necessary drivers.
Ruben and Noah were extremely patient with me despite all my questions, and I really appreciated their help!

- A great machine and great service!
Unique features such as the Bizon-OS web interface to manage the machine. This allows out-of-band style management on consumer motherboard-based systems! It comes in handy!
Bizon was able to customize a system to our specifications and has unique offerings, specifically custom water cooling for both professional and consumer GPUs for use in workstations and even consumer desktop configurations. I have yet to see that in any other system integrator at these price points.
This allows us to run our physics simulations on an A100 GPU in a quiet workstation on a regular power outlet!
I highly recommend Bizon for custom GPU systems.

- I have bought several powerful multi-GPU ML workstations from Bizon. Both their products and service are incredible and I highly recommend them.
They worked with me to make sure the products were delivered very quickly when there were end of fiscal year concerns.
They also worked closely with me whenever I had any issues or needed any help. Their computers are great, they show up and work right out of the box.

- Hands down the best workstation I have ever had. I needed a better computer for work and the team at Bizon helped me find a custom solution to fit my needs.
My old computer used to freeze and shut down when running multiple applications. This workstation is lightning-fast and never has an issue. 10/10 experience, I will only shop at Bizon moving forward.
