OSX10.12.6, Cuda: 9.0, CuDNN 7.0, Anaconda+Python3.6, Tensorflow 1.4 for OSX-GPU from Source.
It's cool to run GPU for Python+Tensorflow on OSX.
When you try to install OSX-GPU (community support) Tensorflow from source, to check Jenkins (http://ci.tensorflow.org/job/tensorflow-master-mac/) first wether Tensorflow master is good for OSX or not. Then to follow the instructions (https://gist.github.com/smitshilu/53cf9ff0fd6cdb64cca69a7e2827ed0f).
Now I'm trying OSX10.13.1 as well.

The graphics card in the BizonBOX uses all the bandwidth of a single Thunderbolt port, so it would not be possible to add a daisy chain support.
