Our systems are built in the USA and supported by in-house engineers. Our product line includes a wide range of desktops, servers forAI Research, molecular dynamics, video editing, 3D rendering/animation, CAD/CAM, graphic design, and multi-GPU computing.
History
BIZON was founded in 2009. Our headquarters are located in Miami, Florida. We started by building professional workstations for video editing, 3D rendering, GPU computing,deep learning / AI research. As deep learning and AI research accelerated, we shifted our focus to GPU-intensive systems, becoming one of the first US manufacturers to specialize in multi-GPU AI workstations with custom water cooling.

Most workstation vendors assemble off-the-shelf parts. BIZON goes further. We have in-house CAD engineering, CFD thermal simulation, a 3D printing department, a dedicated R&D test lab, and a software development team that built our own operating system. Every system we ship is the product of real engineering, not just configuration.

In-House CAD & CFD Engineering

We don't just pick parts from a catalog. Our mechanical engineers use CAD and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation to design custom cooling solutions, airflow paths, and component layouts for multi-GPU configurations that standard off-the-shelf cases can't handle.

This lets us develop quad power supply systems, non-standard cooling loops, custom brackets, and purpose-built enclosures.

3D Printing Department

Our in-house 3D printing capability takes custom engineering from prototype to production. We design and manufacture custom brackets, GPU mounting solutions, airflow guides, cable management components, and specialized enclosure parts. All printed, tested, and iterated in-house.

When a customer needs a non-standard configuration, an unusual GPU layout, a custom rackmount adapter, or a bracket that doesn't exist on the market, we design and print it.

R&D Test Lab

Our dedicated research and development lab is where we evaluate new hardware before it ships to customers. We benchmark every new GPU generation across real AI workloads, LLM inference throughput, training performance, VRAM utilization, power draw, and thermal behavior under sustained multi-GPU load.

We test cooling solutions, validate motherboard and BIOS compatibility, stress-test memory configurations, and identify firmware issues before they reach production. The results feed directly into our product recommendations and our published GPU benchmark data.

Professional Assembly & Stress Testing

Every BIZON system is hand-assembled by experienced technicians, not on an assembly line. Multi-GPU workstations require precise cable routing, proper airflow management, and meticulous attention to thermal and electrical tolerances, especially for water-cooled systems with up to 8x GPUs in a single chassis.

Before shipping, every system undergoes a multi-stage stress test. GPU burn-in under sustained compute load, memory integrity testing, storage performance validation, thermal stability checks, and a full AI workload run verify real-world performance. Nothing ships until it passes.

Advanced Water-Cooling Systems

BIZON offers one of the most extensive lineups of water-cooled AI workstations and GPU servers, from 2-GPU desktops to 8-GPU rackmount servers. Our custom liquid cooling loops keep GPUs at sustained full-load performance without thermal throttling, the kind of stability air-cooled systems can't maintain under 24/7 AI workloads.

We design our cooling solutions in-house using CFD simulation, custom loop layouts, and 3D-printed components. Every water-cooled system is leak-tested, thermal-cycled, and stress-tested before it ships.

BizonOS. Our Own AI Operating System.

We don't just preinstall Windows or Ubuntu. We developed BizonOS, a purpose-built operating system based on Ubuntu 24.04 LTS, shipped with every BIZON AI workstation and server.

BizonOS comes pre-configured with PyTorch, TensorFlow, CUDA, Docker, vLLM for local LLM inference, Ollama for easy model management, Hugging Face Transformers, Jupyter, and RAPIDS. It includes a web-based control panel for GPU monitoring, Docker container management, Jupyter notebook launcher, SLURM cluster management, KVM virtualization, and one-click framework updates.

All drivers, frameworks, and tools are tested and validated on BIZON hardware before shipping. Customers also get access to a knowledge base and video guides.

Procurement & Logistics

We maintain long-term relationships with major component distributors and GPU suppliers. When a part is allocated, backordered, or hard to source, we can get it. Our procurement team has direct access to NVIDIA, AMD, and other major vendors.

We keep critical components in stock and maintain fast lead times. Most systems ship within 1 to 5 business days. If we commit to a delivery date, we hit it.

BIZON support is not a generic helpdesk. Our technical support team includes engineers who understand AI development, CUDA debugging, multi-GPU topology, Docker and SLURM configuration, Linux administration, and the interaction between software frameworks and hardware.

When a researcher has a PyTorch multi-GPU training issue, a VRAM allocation problem, or a driver conflict after a CUDA update, our team can troubleshoot it. We offer lifetime technical support and a warranty of up to 5 years with advanced part replacement to minimize downtime.
