I needed to replace the SSD for one of the servers in our GPU cluster.

The Bizon team sent me a new one right away.

After replacing the card, I had trouble installing the Bizon ubuntu image -- so Ruben hopped on a call with me to run the installations. He was patient, knowledgeable and friendly. And he tested everything to make sure things were running as expected. And I learned a thing or two from him -- and now our server is humming along!

Awesome customer service with Bizon! Really appreciate the quick turnaround and support.

Everyone was great to work with, being very responsive and helpful!

We received the server to satisfaction but have not yet installed it. If more demand grows, we'd likely use Bizon again.

Dani G. Was patient, efficient and extremely helpful in his troubleshooting for my issue. Wouldn't have a complaint to have him assist in future issues

We were able to discern the issue (bad/wrong cable Ethernet) and even managed to update the BIOS of the motherboard, and it boots a bit faster now.

This was after hours of extremely confusing, unexpected behavior from the RJ45 ports going to my wall up to my router. Somehow using that bad wall port/connection a USB ethernet adapter worked at slower speeds but switching to a cat6 and separate wallport (also using cat6) was the way.
