Comment:: I have now had my Bizon X3000 for about a month and am very satisfied with the PC and the entire purchase experience!

Mark worked with me to select the right machine and components for my needs. He steered me away from the more expensive machine I had spec'ed on my own to a more cost-effective option without sacrificing performance. I then used the savings to add a few "extras" I had wanted but would have exceeded the budget for my original spec.

The PC performs as I had hoped it would (in fact, it exceeds my expectations). Build time, communication, and delivery were all first-rate, with my PC arriving seven days after I ordered it (and that included a three-day holiday weekend).

Service is also top-notch: I had a minor issue with the wi-fi connection, which Daniel patiently walked me through until solved; and it turned out to be my fault. I would not hesitate to do business with Bizon again.

Comment:: The customer service person at Bizon helped me to configure my computer before I made the purchase, and the computer arrived safely at my house about 8 days later.

I'm really happy with it -- it looks great, is very fast at rendering video and graphics and keeps itself at a perfect temperature.

Fans are quiet most the time and even when they speed up, not exceptionally loud. I did need some help with a couple of issues, such as setting the fan speed and overclocking mode correctly, and, setting it up for sleep mode. The customer service guy was super nice and the issues were taken care of fast. I've only owned this computer for about a week, but I think I made a great purchase here, and the Bizon customer service is outstanding.

Comment:: Mixed feelings about the purchase. Prior to purchasing the product I had asked for a specific setup and during the rate negotiations there would be products removed and added without my knowledge. At one point a UPS was added to the order that I never asked for. During the back and forth an item was left off the final order. When I inquired about the missing items I was told that it would be an additional $448 for those items. The actual cost of those items are $140. The product itself is ok except for the missing NVlinks. Can't say it was a very positive experience.

Comment:: Before I bought this workstation, I had some troubles in working on designing with big 3-D data.
After installation, I had few issues in the beginning but now it improved my job very efficiently.
I expected faster computer and graphic card when I worked on 240MB size file and create its concept drawing.
There were 10 pcs of the same parts and its total was about 6GB but it was so slow. My graphic card is NVIDIA Quadra RTX 5000 16G but it seemed that my computer was froze. It worked but really slow for the drawing. This was exceptional.
Everything else has been fine so far.
If there is something for me to know or the configuration to be changed, let me know please.
Anyway, I am overall satisfied.

Comment:: I do a lot of 3D modeling and rendering for work and the Bizon X3000 exceeded my expectations with respect to performance.

The order to delivery time was also extraordinarily fast and the staff was very helpful in making suggestions for configurations.

The computer case is elegantly designed and of high quality. I like that it is possible to upgrade or modify the computer by adding additional GPUs. I have owned this computer for 2 weeks.

Comment:: I ordered the Bizon V3000 so I could run Blender and other 3d software to eventually land a job as a 3d artist.

I have to say the computer is a beautiful machine runs very smoothly and is quite! The programs have no problem running with the 64GB ram. The computer came in a large box that was packed safely. Thanks Bizon will look forward to my next purchase in the future years.

Comment:: This computer was purchased because I received a sudden influx of videos i needed to edit and produce. I needed a computer that could handle a lot of output and i needed it here fast.

The computer was in my hands less than two weeks after i ordered it and the customer service was phenomenal throughout the whole process. Even with the country in quarantine (COVID-19) these guys were incredibly quick and efficient.
