- Ran into an issue (system upgrade + firefox upgrade + bizon UI upgrade); in the end I was unable to log on into the UI to issue docker commands to launch a few new Nvidia containers as part of an experiment.
I reached out to support, Ruben first provided a guide on launching the images outside of the UI and within 2 days corrected the incompatibility, wrote a guide and a video to do the upgrade. Ruben and the support team is just phenomenal and I cannot say it enough.

- I'd like to thank the staff at Bizon for the attention they took to fulfilling our order. As a small business, it is often the case that we get short shrift due to the relative size of our orders.
This was not the case with Bizon - the dialogue needed to clarify our needs, resolve pricing and configuration questions, and provide routine updates during the build, test, and shipping process were as frequent as they were professional.
The workstation showed up well-packed and in perfect working condition. We are still in the configuration mode, but we feel confident that this is the right equipment and configuration to support our needs.
Thanks to the entire time for taking on our myriad questions and making us feel like we were your only customer that day!

I purchased an x5000 workstation with 4x A4000 GPUs, and I am loving every minute of it! The customer service representatives (Mark) were very helpful in answering my questions, and they helped me adjust my order to create the exact workstation I wanted. They kept me up to date with the assembly in the workstation, and the workstation was delivered very promptly (using FedEx Ground instead of UPS) and the workstation was well packaged! I would recommend getting a Display Port to HDMI cable as the x5000 workstation default ports are Display Port.
The machine works with no issues, and have no complaints!

- Received with Ubuntu loaded like ordered. But there was no documentation for the Motherboard installed in the system and no driver CD to load other software. 2 systems were purchased - one System was purchased to install Windows 10 pro, and the other System was purchased to run Windows Server 2016.

- Overall I am pleased with my experience with Bizon and the system I received!
I'm having a little trouble with some of the pre-installed Apps (getting error messages), but they are not Apps I really need so not a big deal. The system is far more cool and quiet (AMD pun) than I expected, to the point I am worried it is holding too much back.
When set to max upper GHz limit with "ondemand" or "performance", the max CPU temp is only 36C when at 100% for hours!) Maybe I have something set wrong. I may contact technical support later with the details. Thanks!
