BIZON wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help.
Standard Return Policy
Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the cords, adapters and documentation that were included when you received it.
Purchases can be exchanged for the same item, another item(s), or a refund. In order to return non-defective items, the items must be in the same condition in which they were shipped. Please read carefully our Overall Return Guidelines policy for additional information on the restocking fee. No refunds are available on orders paid via cryptocurrency.
BIZON Workstations Return Guidelines
Refunds are only issued for the sale amount at current selling market value of the component(s) inside the computer and do not include freight charges. Additionally, a 15% restocking fee is applied to the computer system unless all of the three items below have been met:
1. Your purchase is returned back to BIZON within 30 days of original delivery.
2. There are defective hardware component(s) inside the computer.
3. BIZON or a third-party computer company contracted by BIZON has verified that the stability/performance issues are an indirect result of the hardware inside the computer and NOT the software such as the operating system, drivers, or software.
BIZON cannot offer a full refund for the purchase price of the product(s) unless there were issues such as defective hardware component(s) inside the computer such as a memory stick causing stability/performance issues. The returned merchandise must include its original packaging, manuals, and all accessories. All sales on software items are final. Opened accessories such as the monitor and speakers will not be refunded. BIZON will not refund shipping costs and will not pay shipping for returning packages. Order number or receipt required for all returns.
The 30 day money back guarantee is only honored if the computer system is returned to Bizon within 30 days from the date of original delivery and the computer have defective hardware. A customer is responsible for all shipping fees. We do not offer returns for custom orders quoted by us and orders with custom liquid cooling systems. Before making any return, back up all software and data and remove any personal information, confidential information or private content which you do not want to be viewed or used by any third party. BIZON is not liable for lost data or misuse of data on computers that are returned for any reason.
Overall Return Guidelines
These are BIZON’s Overall Return Guidelines applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the BIZON website. All returns must meet the overall guidelines for the individual return policy to apply.

If your item has not yet been shipped, we will cancel the order and your full purchase price including shipping will be refunded.
Returns for refund may be subject to a restocking fee. If a purchased product does not meet your needs and you need to return it because of that or any other non-defect reason (including cases when you have unsupported/incompatible hardware/software), a 15% restocking fee will apply to the item price refund.
This applies to canceled orders being processed and orders that have shipped.
All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Before returning a product, please, contact BIZON customer service and obtain a Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) number before the end of the applicable return period.

You must ship the product to BIZON within seven ( 7 ) calendar days of the date that BIZON issues the Return Merchant Authorization (RMA) and follow these steps:
- Ship back all products you are seeking to return to BIZON and for which you received an RMA number.
- In order to return non-defective items, the item must be new, unaltered, undamaged and in its original packaging including all the accessories, cables, media, documentation and any other items that were included in your original shipment.
- The buyer will be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.
Purchases can be exchanged for another item(s), or a refund. Shipping will not be refundable on cancellations where the order has already been shipped.
Note: Before you return the product to BIZON, make sure to back up any data on the hard drive(s) and other storage devices in the product. Remove any and all confidential, proprietary and personal information as well as removable media such as flash drives, CDs, and PC Cards. BIZON is not responsible for any confidential, proprietary or personal information; lost or corrupted data; or damaged or lost removable media that may be included with your return.
We recommend that you ship return merchandise via Fedex with tracking, signature confirmation and that you request full insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. BIZON will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation If return/exchange packages are damaged, lost, stolen, or mishandled. We highly recommend you using original packaging and pack the product the same way as it was originally shipped. Liquid cooled systems and servers must be shipped on pallet only using Fedex Freigh service only.
Promotional Items: If you return a purchased item that qualified you for a discount, promotional item or promotional card (for example, discounts for bulk purchases) and either (i) do not also return the discounted or promotional item or (ii) have already redeemed the promotional card, BIZON may deduct the value of the discount, promotional item or redeemed card from any refund you receive for the return of the purchased item.
Please note that a different return/exchange policy may apply to in-store purchases.
Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. If you canceled a pickup item, and you were billed for it, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancellation request. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method that you use when placing your order.
The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:
If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
If you paid by PayPal, refunds will be sent to your PayPal account within five business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.

Modifications for Terms and Conditions
We may make changes to the Site and the Terms and Conditions. It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions for updates or changes. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions, you should not use the Site.
